Mini Antipasto Platter Recipe
Mini Fresh mozzarella Balls
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chopped fresh Basil
1 teaspoon picked thyme leaves, chopped
2 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Drain Mozzarella and toss with olive oil and herbs, sprinkle with kosher salt.
Make this platter easy, surround your mozzarella with delicious olives sweet tomatoes and mini cukes, add a meat, I used capicola and a sharp Italian cheese
