2 Avocados, seeded and diced
1 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
1 medium Tomato, diced
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 medium Lime
10 Sweet Mini Peppers
Mix the avocados, jalapeno, tomato, and cilantro in a bowl. Squeeze lime into mix, carefully avoiding seeds. Salt to taste.
