There is nothing better than crispy chicken wings. This recipe is no exception, especially when you happen upon a spot with a little extra crispy sauce! Cilantro Garlic Chicken Wing Recipe 1 Bunch Cilantro 4 cloves of garlic 2 tablespoons salt 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 2 pounds chicken wings Salt and Pepper In a blender, combine the top of the cilantro, garlic, salt, and olive oil. Blend well. Salt and pepper the individual chicken wings and then cover them with sauce in a shallow pan or plastic bag and let them marinate for about an hour, however you can leave them in the fridge for up to 12 hours. I left mine in the fridge during my workday and made them for dinner. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake the chicken for 25 minutes, and then flip over and bake for an additional 20 until each piece is crispy.
